Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review my cancellation policy before booking:
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
• Emergencies and illnesses are understood and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
